This tool is made of AUS-6 stainless steel to protect it from natures elements. Friction slots are strategically placed at several locations on the blade. It has an optimal grip handle for safety and control of the knifes blade. The Bear Claw itself weighs in at 2.9 ounces and the hardened Zytel sheath weighs 1 ounce. The Zytel handle is perfectly formed to fit into the human hand.
