SAMentors, a mentoring program that caters to the incoming freshman, is accepting applications for the fall through April 21.
The program pairs “seasoned” SHSU students with a freshman to help the new student get acquainted with the campus, as well as the Huntsville community.
Applications can be picked up in the Student Activities Office, in Lowman Student Center Suite 328, or online at http://www.shsu.edu/diveristy.
Interviews will be held April 24 through May 3, from 1-4:30 p.m. daily. Those interested in being a mentor can sign up for an interview time when applications are returned to the office.
