The King is in town and he’s bringing his court with him. Justin King & The Apologies are bringing their show to Huntsville. The King demands your presence poignant and prompt.
Justin King leads the band of apologetic men on vocals, guitar and keys. The band is made up of long time friend Drew Dresman on bass, Black Hole enthusiast Nadir Jeevanjee on drums, and the fresh styling of Chris Plank on guitar. These merry fellows have nothing to be apologetic about.
The band has only been on tour a couple of weeks and already, their recent LP, self-titled “Justin King & The Apologies” has sold out from its online store CD Baby.
“Life on the road is good,” King said in a recent interview. “Along the way, you learn a lot of experiences and see many exciting places.”
When asked about touring through Huntsville, King seemed excited.
“It’s a crazy experience playing in Los Angeles and New York City then traveling through the country playing in smaller towns. But the great thing about music is the places it takes you.”
Justin King & The Apologies are playing tomorrow evening at The Stardust Room. The festivities begin at 9 P.M. with local musicians Adam Rodgers and Colin de los Santos opening. There is no cover charge.
