The National Communication Association of Sam Houston (NCASH) will host a free speech event on Thursday, April 3 in the Lowman Student Center mall area in front of the Student Activities Office.
It will last from 12:30 to 1:45 and the topic will be on politics. Anyone who wishes to stand up and address the crowd will be allowed to do so for three to five minutes. The organization asks that everyone keep the conversation civil.
Topics will include the economy, the war in Iraq, political candidates, the PATRIOT Act, illegal immigration, domestic surveillance and wire tapping, 2nd Amendment rights, habeus corpus, monetary policy, military interventionism and various other issues.
