Sam Houston State University Spirit Squads ventured to Daytona Beach, Fla. to compete in the National Cheerleaders Association and National Dance Alliance Division I competition last week. Orange Pride Dance Team placed fifth, All-Girl Cheer placed second and Co-Ed Cheer took first in the annual national competition.
